Melissa Tremblay
PhD
Melissa Tremblay is a Métis Nation of Alberta citizen and a member of the Lac Ste. Anne Métis Community Association.
Melissa is also an Associate Professor in the University of Alberta School and Clinical Child Psychology Program, a Registered Psychologist, and an Indigenous Liaison with the Canada FASD Research Network. Melissa has worked in the field of evaluation for fifteen years, and maintains a private evaluation practice. She currently leads several community-grounded research projects, including a CIHR-funded initiative to develop community-led tools and processes for understanding Indigenous children's early mental health, as well as a national project to co-create an Indigenous FASD Framework.
