Luisa earned a BSc. in Biology and Biotechnology with a minor in Mathematics from Carleton University in 2022 and a BEd with a focus on Assessment and Evaluation from Queen’s University in 2025. Luisa is an Ontario Certified Teacher with experience teaching in secondary classrooms and supporting undergraduate students and teacher candidates. Her research interests include classroom assessment, feedback literacy, feedback quality, mathematics education, and the ways assessment practices and feedback can support positive and equitable learning experiences for students, especially in a destreamed setting.
